Bibou là ứng dụng giúp cha mẹ ghi lại và theo dõi sinh hoạt của con (cho ăn, giấc ngủ, bỉm, cân đo, cột mốc). Chính sách này giải thích dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập, cách dùng và quyền của bạn.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

• Thông tin tài khoản: email và tên hiển thị (khi bạn đăng ký bằng email hoặc Google).
• Dữ liệu về bé do bạn nhập: tên, ngày sinh, giới tính, ảnh (tuỳ chọn), và nhật ký cho ăn/giấc ngủ/bỉm/cân đo/cột mốc, ghi chú. Một số là thông tin sức khỏe của bé.
• Thông tin chia sẻ: khi bạn mời người thân, chúng tôi lưu quan hệ và quyền của họ.
• Mã thiết bị: mã thông báo đẩy (FCM) để gửi thông báo; mã quảng cáo (Advertising ID) qua Google AdMob để hiển thị quảng cáo.

Chúng tôi không thu thập vị trí, danh bạ, và không dùng công cụ phân tích (Analytics) hay báo lỗi của bên thứ ba.

2. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu

• Cung cấp và đồng bộ tính năng ghi chép, thống kê, báo cáo.
• Chia sẻ dữ liệu bé với người thân do bạn tự mời.
• Gửi thông báo liên quan (chia sẻ gia đình).
• Hiển thị quảng cáo cho bản miễn phí; quản lý gói Premium.

3. Bên thứ ba

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu được lưu trên hạ tầng Google và có thể được xử lý ở máy chủ ngoài quốc gia bạn.

4. Lưu trữ & xóa dữ liệu

Dữ liệu được giữ đến khi bạn xóa. Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu ngay trong app (Cài đặt → Tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản) hoặc theo hướng dẫn tại: https://bibou-legal.web.app/account-deletion.html.

5. Trẻ em

Bibou dành cho cha mẹ/người giám hộ (người lớn), không hướng đến trẻ em. Dữ liệu về bé do người lớn tự nhập và kiểm soát.

6. Bảo mật

Dữ liệu được mã hóa khi truyền (TLS) và bảo vệ bằng quy tắc truy cập của Firebase.

7. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể truy cập, chỉnh sửa và xóa dữ liệu trong app, hoặc liên hệ xuancuong220691@gmail.com.

8. Thay đổi

Khi cập nhật chính sách, chúng tôi sẽ đổi ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang.

Bibou helps parents record and track their baby's daily activities (feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, milestones). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Account info: email and display name (when you sign up with email or Google).
• Baby data you enter: name, birth date, gender, photo (optional), and feeding/sleep/diaper/growth/milestone logs and notes. Some of this is the baby's health information.
• Sharing info: when you invite family members, we store their relationship and permissions.
• Device identifiers: push token (FCM) to send notifications; Advertising ID via Google AdMob to show ads.

We do not collect location or contacts, and we use no third-party analytics or crash-reporting.

2. How we use data

• Provide and sync logging, statistics, and reports.
• Share a baby's data with family members you invite.
• Send related notifications (family sharing).
• Show ads in the free version; manage Premium.

3. Third parties

We do not sell personal data. Data is stored on Google infrastructure and may be processed on servers outside your country.

4. Retention & deletion

Data is kept until you delete it. You can delete your account and all data in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or per the instructions at: https://bibou-legal.web.app/account-deletion.html.

5. Children

Bibou is for parents/guardians (adults) and is not directed to children. Baby data is entered and controlled by an adult.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by Firebase access rules.

7. Your rights

You can access, edit, and delete your data in the app, or contact xuancuong220691@gmail.com.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the effective date at the top.
